Do you offer refunds?
No, Bombshell Hairco does not offer refunds. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths and texture.

How long does order processing take?
All orders are PRE-ORDERS. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which times you'll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive order 3-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.

How many bundles are recommended for styling ?
The amount of bundles you need will be based upon a desired look you're trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 20 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 or more bundles for a fuller look.
How long does Bombshell Hair extensions last ?
Bombshell Hair extensions can last for more than one year depending on the way you treat the hair. We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners as well.

Can I color my extensions?
Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you notice an error made on your end in regards to a placed order, please email us IMMEDIATELY! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it. Please see our contact page!
